A Recipe for the Perfect Summer Jam
We're making every excuse to head outside and celebrate this wonderful Summer weather! That means creating a delicious dish to bring everyone together and enjoy the sweet tastes of the season. With tomatoes ripe at this time of year, there was no way we could overlook using them! The Cheesemonger's Kitchen by Chester Hastings had a simple recipe for a lovely Cherry Tomato Jam we couldn't resist.
We plated this jam with baked sourdough croutons, creamy mozzarella cheese, and a sprig of fresh rosemary. Fast and easy? Absolutely! But all of your guests will think you spent hours making this jam due to its dense and hearty flavor. Too bad it only took about 15 minutes!
